Pro 18:21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.

One of the most misunderstood concepts in today's world of Christendom, is the power, operation and implementation of spiritual law. It is obvious, from conversations, testimonies, social networks etc; that a vast number of believers do not understand the spiritual laws that are at their disposal. Believers have the abiltity to release over-coming power and set in motion life-changing events. Just as things in the universe have to obey God's word, the born again believer, has the power thru God, to command things in his or her environment to change.

This is often taught in today's churches, but  seldom understood, practiced or implemented. It is uncertain whether this orginates from a lack of knowledge or lack of commitment.

The Power of Spiritual Law begins to operate with positive confession, when the believer opens his or her mouth and speaks the words that God speaks. Every word God speaks brings about results and sets in motion, things in the natural and spiritual realm or world. In Isaiah chapter 55:11, the Word of the Lord saysSo shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

What God has spoken, has to accomplish its assigned task, which is to please Him and perform His will. For it to return to Him, means what He has said must be corrected. God never needs correction.

Not only must it perform His will, but it must prosper the thing or situation it was sent to, so since He has said for instance, "No weapon formed against us shall prosper, then the spiritual law that applies is just that,

"Nothing coming against us will destroy us"
